Introducing Empower Wisconsin

Campaign finance rules have changed a great deal over the past three years as the Supreme Court has expanded free speech rights. Both individuals and corporations may now make unlimited contributions directly to independent expenditure-only groups that advocate the election of federal candidates.

These groups, known as Super PACs, must act independently of the candidates they support and also must regularly report all receipts and expenditures to the Federal Election Commission.

Empower Wisconsin is just such a Super PAC. Our mission is to support conservative and Republican candidates in federal races. We are, by law, independent of the candidates we support. This is the first and only Super PAC specifically created by Wisconsin Republicans to support Wisconsin Republicans.

We have the experience to make a difference. With your help we'll also have the resources.

Both sides will be aggressive in this new world, and the need for our efforts is very real, because control of the Congress may hinge on a few pivotal races right here at home.
